Inside Sales Support

Domingue & Co. has an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to work with the most renowned Architects, Designers, and General Contractors worldwide.
We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Support in that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable answering several calls per day, processing sales inquiries via email, and discussing different product options for various projects.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support sales inquiries, follow-up with orders, samples and technical questions

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure

  • Distribute inquiries

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Issue commercial and bespoke sample orders

  • Welcome and meet with various clients that visit the showroom

Qualifications:

  • Inside sales experience

  • Excelent attitude

  • Strong phone presence and experience

  • Proficient with technology,

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Passion for architecture and interior design is desirable

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Excellent organization skills and time management

  • Product handling (up to 30 lbs)

  • Shipping experience a plus
